    Printing Problems

If you cannot print to Windows 10 or you cannot connect to your printer, follow these steps to correct the problem:

Make sure your printer is connected to the power supply and turned on.
Check the USB connection (for wired printers) or wireless connection (for wireless printers).

If none of the above steps work, download and run the print troubleshooter.

If you are still having problems, your printer may need a new drive.
Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button and select Device Manager. Expand Printers, locate your printer in the list, right-click (or press and hold), and then select Update Driver.

            

                                        

    Email Usage

If you can not reach or see mails you get check your blocked list. Probably the person who send you email is in that list. Go your mail site look blocked list and remove block.

    Office Usage

If you can not enter office apps make sure they are new version. If not uptade it. It will be improved.
